The Associated Students of the University of Montana occupy the southwest corner of the University Center on campus in Missoula Montana. The goals of remodeling included better space allocation for the group’s multiple functions, the addition of natural daylight into the spaces, and a new entry which features a reception desk of locally sourced reclaimed wood.

The Dining Pavilion was designed as an outdoor teaching and demonstration area for Dining Services and the Farm to School program at the University. It is located near the University’s on-campus food gardens and greenhouse. The use of natural materials, including an open timber-frame structure, green roof and straw bale walls (future), compliment the intended function of the space.
