Completed in 2017 by my dad and me!

I purchased this 1922 Farmhouse in 2014. Since then, my father and I have replaced the windows, re-sided, insulated (including exterior wall insulation), and renovated the interior. Last summer, we added a small mudroom at the entry.

Luckily, my father could make all the interior cabinetry custom, as nothing existing was square or plumb. The kitchen floor and ceiling slope in opposite directions, and as the countertop needs to be level, the differential is taking up incrementally in the cabinetry.

Among many other design-build lessons I learned, never let your architect do the tile work.
