4,000 sf. remodel/addition with detached shop/garage in Missoula MT

Joint project with Sustainable Building Design, completed in 2018 by Mast & Co.

Located at the base of Missoula’s Sentinel mountain in the University district, this lot was a perfect location for a newly retired active couple. The existing home, however, had low ceilings, an odd layout, and few windows. The new home has a great vaulted room, triple-glazed windows, and a well-insulated envelope.
