378 sf. Live-work studio in Victor ID

This studio was a much-needed base for my practice (and life) in Teton Valley, Idaho. Located in the progressive Mountainside Village in Victor, Idaho, it is positioned well for travel to and from both sides of the ‘hill.’ At 378 sf., it functions as an office, meeting space, and living space. The simple structure capitalizes on passive solar gains, has exterior Roxul insulation, and has an in-line Lunos HRV system. My father, mother, and I completed the interior by doing flooring, painting, interior cabinets, and a custom sliding barn door. The tiny home is now operated as a VRBO.
