It features local corral board siding, a grain silo, natural plaster, and a custom brise soleil sunshade on the exterior. The large southeast-facing windows capture both the sun’s heat and the view of the Grand Teton. The interior has a concrete ‘mass’ floor with radiant heat and HRV, closed cell foam insulation throughout, bamboo cabinetry, Paperstone countertops, and American Clay plaster. The home is also Energy Star certified.
