The existing home on this sloped lot was incredibly outdated both in efficiency and aesthetics. The homeowners wanted to modernize the home without having to start over. We worked together to redesign the existing spaces, changed the center kitchen volume to a low-slope living roof, and added a 2nd level over an enlarged existing garage. Windows and insulation were upgraded, and all new steel, wood, and concrete siding was added.
